Kathy Madison, Founder and CEO
As a co-founder of Arcand & Madison, Kathy provided hands-on support to electronics and software companies in semiconductor, software, IPTV networks, and digital imaging industries. Twelve years later, as traditional PR opened to new communications methods and clients needed a more integrated marketing support, she established the MADISON Group as a boutique agency, drawing upon a global network of independent, talented and trusted colleagues in PR, advertising, and recruitment.
Today, Kathy serves as strategic director for the agency to ensure the highest level of support, both for retained and for project-based clients. She continues serving as primary PR counsel and day-to-day tactical support to some of the world’s finest companies. Her belief is that all agency resources should go to support clients, not promote the agency; this means that she occasionally has some free time, during which she paints and takes long walks with her beloved bearded collie in beautiful locations on the East and West Coast.
